In recent years, furniture made of industrial wood has become increasingly popular. Since the materials used for wood-based panels vary in shape and function, multiple efficient preservation methods are required.

Chipboard and MDF are two of the most used materials. Minh Long Wood is a supplier of both of them
High-quality wood-based panels with high hardness and stability, such as HDF, MDF, or OSB, are offered in better market segmentation.
Wood-based panel functions
The market for wood-based panels is further divided into segments based on the use of each wood product. Chipboard and MDF are commonly utilized in the construction of houses, flats, and schools. These two types of boards are commonly used in the building of furniture including as beds, cabinets, counters, and bookshelves...
Gỗ công nghiệp MDF
Customers can refer to some more high tech panels such as HDF boards for purposes that require high technical requirements and characteristics such as sound insulation, fire resistance, and moisture resistance. This type of board is capable of excellent sound insulation, high rigidity, durability, and can help prolong the life of furniture.
Cleaning furniture made from wood-based panels
The first and most fundamental regulation of industrial wood is do not let water penetrate in the panel. When the board is wet, water molecules invade into the core of the board, causing air to follow and deforming the board's surface.
Many varieties of moisture-resistant wood-based panel with a distinctive blue shade are available on the market, however these boards merely minimize the risk of deformation when the board is in a humid environment or exposed to water, and are not totally water-resistant.

The majority of furniture is made from wood-based panels that have been covered with decorative surfaces like melamine, laminates, or acrylic. The top coat for these surfaces is either melamine adhesive (with melamine and laminates) or a glossy resin finish with acrylic. When cleaning, make sure to use a fairly moist cloth and squeeze it out before wiping it on the surface. To minimize long-term deposition, ordinary detergent should be reduced and stains should be removed quickly.
It is important to remember that while cleaning furniture, you should be gentle and avoid rubbing hard and harm the surface. For additional information on the method of preserving wood-based items, please call the Minh Long Wood hotline at 1900 636 668.
